We are helping the drone revolution in India by designing and developing various composite structures such as frames, propellers & support structures that are used in a drone UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle).

DESCRIPTION
Raphe is seeking skilled and motivated mechanical engineer who will be part of growing and dynamic team responsible for design and development of unmanned aerial robots and multirotor vehicles. A thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering subjects such as Strength of materials, Finite element methods, Dynamics and vibration and Principles of composite material mechanics will come in handy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Electro-mechanical design and industrial product design using SOLIDWORKS.
- Additive layer manufacturing of physical part or assembly using three-dimensional SOLIDWORKS design.
- Optimize the 3D printing process parameters and tolerances to achieve different functional 3D printed parts.
- SOLIDWORKS simulation for structural simulation on parts and assemblies with finite element analysis (FEA).
- Linear stress analysis, Drop test analysis, Metal fatigue, Structural optimization, Dynamic Analysis of UAVs.
- Lead the mechanical team involved in developing various UAV frames using carbon fiber and advanced honeycomb-based hybrid materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ph.D. in mechanical engineering or M.Tech. + 3 years’ experience or B.Tech. + 5 year’ experience in product design.
- Knowledge of state-of-the art emergent UAV and UAS technologies.
